We would like to congratulate our senior most employee Sandesh Muknak for successfully completing 10 years with the Aliengena family. He started as office boys and have grown themselves to handle some of our most critical functions. We appreciate his hard work and sincerity towards company. “I have completed 10 years in the organization and it was a great experience. The journey till now was amazing just because I was surrounded with a great team. Since the day I joined this company, your continued support is one thing I can always count on. You all guided & motivated me whenever the situation arose. Thanks for supporting me wholeheartedly.

First of all, thanks for hiring me as an employee of the organization. I joined Aliengena Captive Pvt. Ltd. on 10/29/2012 and this was the best company for me as fresher and I learned everything here.

This company is part of my family and its always great to work with the team to achieve my best career. I want to work even harder for great progress and to get best result. It just feels amazing with you all and it’s difficult to express my feelings in words.

I love being the part of the company and following the Core values. There are 11 core values and are applying in my daily work activities. We have a best slogan “Feel free to ask any question any time” and our company is not following any hierarchy system. All the employees are treated equally just like a family member by our employer, Anthony. We are told to address name to everyone, even to Anthony instead of addressing as sir and it applies to all the employees. Working under Aliengena family taught me a lot and I am grateful for helping me to become a better person like you - Anthony. I clearly remember one incident, when I was admitted at hospital for about 25 days. You came to meet me after my discharge from the hospital to check my condition. You bought snacks and spent some quality time with me and my family. An amazing Boss is difficult to find but I'm blessed to have an amazing Boss like you Anthony. You always listen, support and encourage me to be the better human being. You're like my true friend and I want you to know how much I love, respect and appreciate you. Some people deserve more than a ' thank you ' just like you. You deserve a special place in my heart. You are the best boss as you are highly motivational person and truly inspiration for me.

When I joined this company as an Office Boy, I learnt how to handle the official document. During my initial days, I was arranging snacks for team, taking printouts and Xerox, transferring file within team. I didn’t even know how to speak English, I was only talking in my mother tongue. When Anthony arrived to India for the first time, he gave me opportunity to work in company process. Although I don't know how to speak nor read English, I had basic knowledge of computer. I got training from my team and gradually I improved a lot. Thanks to my team members encouragement and inspiration, now I can both read and speak English.

Currently, I am working in Two Process – I have mastered Deposit in Insight Technology and now I am working in MUA (Manage Upload Account) and Verification process in FactorsNetwork.

This could happen only because of Anthony’s support and faith in me. Thank you so much Anthony.”
