Day 1: An Adventure Begins!



Our adventure began with excitement as we left the office for what promised to be an unforgettable trip. The energy on the bus was high, filled with laughter and a lively Antakshari session that set the perfect tone for the journey.

Our first stop was McDonald's for breakfast, where we enjoyed fresh meals and bonded with colleagues in the crisp morning air. Energised, we headed to Della Resort, diving straight into the action. The mechanical bull ride brought plenty of laughs, while the zip-line had our adrenaline soaring. Each activity left us with unforgettable moments, captured in laughter and camaraderie.

We took a break at Café 24, savouring delicious meals and recounting the morning’s adventures. The lighthearted conversations and shared victories were the perfect prelude to more fun. The day ended with a cocktail supper, where we played games like Never Have I Ever and uncovered amusing secrets. Stories and laughter flowed, making it a memorable evening of bonding.

Exhausted but happy, we called it a night, eagerly anticipating the adventures awaiting us the next day.


Day 2: Even More Fantastic Than We Had Anticipated!

CEO's Speech:


Anthony, the CEO, looked back on the company’s journey since it was founded in 2008, acknowledging the challenges faced and the growth achieved. He reflected on his childhood dreams and experiences, and how a call from an Indian agent planted something on him and helped him grasp the full potential of technology. He communicated his wish to establish "Aliengena Capitive" as the leading workplace in India, emphasizing the importance of focusing on building a sustainable business model that supports teams internal growth and generates external revenue for long-term success. With his own 20 years of dedication to the company, he inspired everyone to work together toward a shared vision of growth, financial stability, and success. He emphasized the significance of every team member’s contribution, stressing that the company’s future relies on the collective strength of teams efforts.

Nels also stressed the importance of having a cohesive "community" in the workplace, saying that a united and encouraging environment is essential for fostering motivation and satisfaction among employees. Devendra requested each team member to share one word representing their main focus at work, resulting in a meaningful exhibition of their core values—words like "inspiration," "opportunity," and "community" were brought up, strengthening the connection among the company and teams working towards a common objective.

Book Club: A Path to Learning and Growth

A key part of Anthony’s leadership philosophy is rooted in his active participation in the International Book Club, where employees read, discuss, and implement lessons from transformative books.. Recently, the team discussed Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, which highlights the importance of taking responsibility for actions and decisions. Anthony emphasized how practicing ownership not only strengthens individual roles but also fosters better teamwork and accountability, helping us build a culture of leading by example.He encouraged us to implement these lessons to develop stronger bonds, clearer goals, and a proactive mindset to overcome challenges together. Highlighting the role of the book club in our growth and development, Anthony also suggested The Happiness Advantage and Delivering Happiness as the next books for the team to explore in upcoming meetings.

Anthony emphasized the company’s core values as the foundation of Aliengena Captive’s culture, guiding daily operations and driving success. He highlighted values such as leadership, playfulness, integrity, creativity, teamwork, communication, meaningful relationships, customer satisfaction, quality, education, growth, passion, and innovation—stressing that these are not just ideals but actionable commitments.Leadership empowers individuals to take initiative, while playfulness fosters a positive, creative atmosphere. He emphasized activities like plantation drives, blood donation camps, and Swachhata (cleaning) initiatives, showcasing how such efforts reflect the company’s commitment to sustainability, community well-being, and a cleaner environment. Anthony encouraged employees to actively participate, noting that social activities not only benefits the community but also fosters a sense of purpose, teamwork, and pride among employees, making it a meaningful part of the company’s culture.

Expanding Our Business with TSS: A Strategic Partnership for Growth

A key development for Aliengena Captive has been the onboarding of TSS, Anthony’s parent company. This partnership brings exciting new opportunities for growth and perfectly aligns with our ongoing commitment to innovation, excellence, and delivering value. TSS has high expectations, focusing on improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. They’re counting on us to provide reliable software solutions that not only address their challenges but also elevate their operations—delivering features that seamlessly integrate into their systems and create value.

Anthony emphasized the importance of clear communication, close collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to quality, ensuring we meet TSS’s needs and support their long-term success. This partnership with TSS is a significant milestone, one that will propel both Aliengena Captive and TSS toward greater achievements in the coming years.

Looking ahead, Anthony envisions a positive future for the company where every team member excels and feels proud to be part of a company that encourages growth, creativity, and teamwork. He inspired everyone to take on their duties and continue striving for success. Emphasizing the significance of the team advancing through the company's culture of accountability and excellence. He emphasized the importance of playfulness and creativity in creating strong relationships and promoting a positive, innovative workplace atmosphere. Our second day turned out to be unforgettable. After a quick breakfast, we kicked off with team-building games led by Ujjwal. The Bollywood hook steps competition had everyone dancing and laughing, while Guess the Song from Emojis left us hilariously stumped. Musical Chairs turned surprisingly competitive, filled with funny moments and spirited effort. Everyone was in their element, giving their best.

Next, we switched to a more engaging conference session with Anthony and Nels. They shared valuable insights on leadership and teamwork, making it both interactive and thought-provoking. Nels even led a virtual drumming session, teaching "drum language" as a unique team-building exercise. The activity brought energy and creativity to the group, sparking enthusiastic participation.

The day ended with a DJ dinner party, the perfect way to unwind. The dance floor was alive with music, laughter, and carefree vibes. It was a fitting end to our last night at the resort, leaving everyone with memories to cherish.


Day 3: A Fond Farewell



On the final day, it was time to check out after a hearty breakfast. As we packed up our belongings, it was hard not to feel a little sad as we said our goodbyes. Everyone felt the weight of having to leave behind the incredible memories made over the past few days of excitement and fun. Even though we were all eager to return home, it was a tough farewell because of the bonds we made and the fun we had. As we left the resort and headed back to the hotel, we couldn't help but reflect on the amazing time we had spent together.
