We would like to congratulate our two seniors most employees Deepak Giri and Sandesh Muknak for successfully completing 10 years with the Aliengena family. They both started as office boys and have grown themselves to handle some of our most critical functions. We appreciate their hard work and sincerity towards company. We look forward to seeing what heights they achieve in the next 10 years.

Moreover, if entire team works together and supports each other, there is nothing we can’t achieve.

Deepak Giri says:

“I have completed 10 years in this company. I am very proud to be the part of Aliengena family. Although, it’s been a long year, I am still learning new things to enhance my knowledge as learning never ends.

I want to thank our President Mr. Anthony Aliengena and all my seniors who has always supported me and stood by my side whenever required.My heartfelt gratitude to each and every members of the organization as you all played very important role in my life in the process of growing with this organization.

I would like to thank the organization for believing in me and giving a chance to prove myself and it always encourage me to work hard. The team have helped me recognize the sense of achievement which inspire and promote me to work more efficiently. Moreover, the organization has helped me develop a lot of interpersonal skills which will act as an add-on in my professional journey.

Additionally, when I got associated with the company, I wasn’t able to speak English. Later, I followed company core value: Education and Growth which in true sense boosted my knowledge. Company gave me English books and the management team took English classes for me. This are small gesture by the organization but it’s a great part of my career journey.

In 2012, I joined this company as an Office Boy and later on Anthony believed in me and started training me on office work. Then I started working on Deposit in Insight Technology gradually I have mastered in Deposit process. Soon after I have started working in MUA (Manage Upload Account) and Verification in FactorsNetwork since they have recognized my potential and now I am proudly serving as Business Development Executive in FreightWale project. It is a great achievement for me.

Therefore, I want to thank everyone for your genuine support and for all those good memories that I will cherish forever.”

Sandesh says:

“I have completed 10 years in the organization and it was a great experience. The journey till now was amazing just because I was surrounded with a great team. Since the day I joined this company, your continued support is one thing I can always count on. You all guided & motivated me whenever the situation arose. Thanks for supporting me wholeheartedly.

First of all, thanks for hiring me as an employee of the organization. I joined Aliengena Captive Pvt. Ltd. on 10/29/2012 and this was the best company for me as fresher and I learned everything here.

This company is part of my family and its always great to work with the team to achieve my best career. I want to work even harder for great progress and to get best result. It just feels amazing with you all and it’s difficult to express my feelings in words.

I love being the part of the company and following the Core values. There are 11 core values and are applying in my daily work activities. We have a best slogan “Feel free to ask any question any time” and our company is not following any hierarchy system. All the employees are treated equally just like a family member by our employer, Anthony. We are told to address name to everyone, even to Anthony instead of addressing as sir and it applies to all the employees. Working under Aliengena family taught me a lot and I am grateful for helping me to become a better person like you - Anthony. I clearly remember one incident, when I was admitted at hospital for about 25 days. You came to meet me after my discharge from the hospital to check my condition. You bought snacks and spent some quality time with me and my family. An amazing Boss is difficult to find but I'm blessed to have an amazing Boss like you Anthony. You always listen, support and encourage me to be the better human being. You're like my true friend and I want you to know how much I love, respect and appreciate you. Some people deserve more than a ' thank you ' just like you. You deserve a special place in my heart. You are the best boss as you are highly motivational person and truly inspiration for me.

When I joined this company as an Office Boy, I learnt how to handle the official document. During my initial days, I was arranging snacks for team, taking printouts and Xerox, transferring file within team. I didn’t even know how to speak English, I was only talking in my mother tongue. When Anthony arrived to India for the first time, he gave me opportunity to work in company process. Although I don't know how to speak nor read English, I had basic knowledge of computer. I got training from my team and gradually I improved a lot. Thanks to my team members encouragement and inspiration, now I can both read and speak English.

Currently, I am working in Two Process – I have mastered Deposit in Insight Technology and now I am working in MUA (Manage Upload Account) and Verification process in FactorsNetwork.

This could happen only because of Anthony’s support and faith in me. Thank you so much Anthony.”
